Took that thing off (fairly easily), it was one wire on that plastic connector that goes into base, unit, that has all bulbs in it. Looked like it was melt a bit. Use some very small screwdriver and tried to clean that plastic. Then, used some WD40 (as I didnt have contact cleaner), leaved it for 15 min, then, connected all again.
