Medieval II. I was able to find mods that go into more detail (sort of) for every Kingdoms campaign, except the Americas. For the Crusades there is the Broken Crescent. For the Teutonic Crusade, there is lots of mods that give a lot of focus on the Baltic (SS sub-mods, DLV, Bulat Steel) For Britannia, there isn't really one, but at least there 1- Extract to your Medieval II Total War\mods. 2- Go to the new folder AI_v11 in your Medieval II Total War\mods. 3- Use the "Executable" batch file to launch the mod. 4- Play and have fun. Yeah the third age mod for med 2 is still the best LOTR-flavored mod, so good that there are even submods to the mod itself. The "Divide and Conquer" submod for third age is definitely the most popular, though it can be fun to mix it up with MOS or DCI from time to time. in my experience shogun 2 never had any big launch the game. Set camera style to "total war" in game settings. (There is currently a bug with RTS camera) Go into conf.txt and make sure that the controls match those ingame. Tab out of the game. Start freecam.
